We are looking for a hard working, sales savvy, forward thinking Store Manager to successfully run our Sioux Falls Sprint store. 

This manager must possess the enthusiasm necessary to motivate a dedicated sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives while maintaining a competitive and fun work environment. 

The Store Manager is responsible for all operations of the Sprint retail store and must be familiar with all aspects of management, including hiring, scheduling, team development and training, marketing, loss prevention, team leadership and keeping up to date with all local competitor services. 

We are also seeking an individual with a strong background in sales in order to grow our business in the Sioux Falls market.  This manager will develop a team approach to problem-solving, encouraging personal development in their employees, and lead by example. 

Responsibilities also include ensuring that all employees are trained and up-to-date on the features and operation of all equipment and accessories offered by the company and possess the ability to perform and teach all duties and functions of every direct report.
