Benefits
MEDICAL INSURANCE Optional medical coverage is offered to full-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week through (American Plan Administrators- Cigna Network.
Three plan options: Plan A: Cigna HSA; Plan B: Cigna HRA; Plan C: Cigna PPO

DENTAL INSURANCE Optional dental coverage is offered to all full-time and part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week through Pro Benefits Administrators.

VISION INSURANCE Optional vision coverage is offered to all full-time and part-time employees who are regularly scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week through Pro Benefits Administrators-VSP.

LIFE INSURANCE Employees who are scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week will receive group term life insurance and AD&D through Principal.

VOLUNTARY BENEFITS Employees who are scheduled to work at least 20 hours per week can elect the following through AFLAC and Colonial Life:  Short-Term Disability; Voluntary Life; Accident; Hospital Indemnity Program and Critical Illness.  The employee is responsible for these premiums.

MEDICAL, DENTAL, VISION, LIFE AND VOLUNTARY INSURANCE Enrollment is at the time of hire with effective date of the first of the month following 60 days of hire. (Housekeeping positions offered different plans)
 
HOLIDAYS Full-time employees are eligible to receive six (6) holidays per year.  Assigned holidays:  New Year’s Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day

VACATION PAY (TIME OFF) Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for vacation pay.  Vacation time will accrue on a calendar year basis considering date of hire and years of service.  The accrual rate is as follows:

A front load of one week is awarded in January for employees with 5 - 9 years of service. A front load of two weeks is awarded in January for employees with 10 plus years of service. Employees accrue vacation time based on hours paid.  The maximum hours accrued upon is 80 hours for a bi-weekly payroll.  A newly hired employee must complete six (6) months of service before taking vacation time.

SICK PAY Full-time and part-time employees, who have completed ninety (90) days of service accrue sick hours based on paid hours up to 80 hours for a bi-weekly pay cycle, beginning on the first day worked. An employee may accrue up to five (5) days max (40 hours).  The accrual rate is 0.0192.
