Position Summary Ensure products and processes for assigned business lines are in compliance with all applicable corporate and governmental laws and regulations through an established monitoring/testing program. Work crosses multiple and diverse business lines, including deposit and lending. Duties and Responsibilities: 1. Perform risk based periodic reviews and compliance testing in accordance with the company’s compliance management program. Work includes conducting independent sampling and testing as part of the level two compliance testing and reviewing of business line compliance activities. 2. Conduct reviews and assessment of adequacy of bank policies, procedures and risk assessment against regulatory requirements. 3. Assess sufficiency of prior remedial action to close out level 1, level2 and audit findings. 4. Maintain close working relationships with other key internal stakeholders, including lines of business, third party risk, and other compliance colleagues. 5. Develop close working partnerships with the assigned business unit(s) to consult on compliance-related matters and assist in resolving compliance issues and concerns. 6. Assist the business area on compliance concerns and/or violations to ensure compliance and that recommendations and changes have been implemented to address issues uncovered during the testing and/or review process. 7. Keep abreast of regulatory changes, supervisory guidance and industry concerns to identify updates and changes needed by the assigned business lines. 8. Perform other compliance - related duties as assigned.


• An undergraduate degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
• A minimum of 3 – 5 years related banking experience in compliance testing or auditing deposit and lending regulations for multiple lines of business. Compliance experience with Prepaid Cards helpful.
Other Qualifications:
• Strong working knowledge of US banking laws and regulations governing a variety of businesses and lending areas including consumer, business deposit and lending regulations
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Good organizational skills and detail oriented
• A team player able to work effectively in a team fostered, multi-tasking environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook
