Role and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily phone and remote pc support for the 1st year as you learn Raven’s unique environment with opportunity for growth

  • Support over 20 locations – 3 operating divisions – 800 team members – 1000+ assets

  • Provide exceptional service to all Raven Team Members, while keeping Raven’s intellectual property safe and secure

  • Meet quality compliance standards in all aspects of the job, with an emphasis on SOX compliant tasks

  • Test, install and maintain computers, thin clients, printers, mobile devices, phone systems, a/v, and related equipment for end users.

  • Support end users, including troubleshooting and training of various IT hardware and software solutions.

  • Effectively prioritize a daily ticket queue with the possibility of managing small side projects

  • Learn, support, and manage unique 3rd party software applications

  • Provide and lead innovative department improvement activities

  • Contribute to IT divisional projects in an above average manner

  • Develop, research, and recommend test processes and procedures

  • Responsible for defining technical approaches and tasks related to activities and projects

  • This position will require to be on a on call rotation





Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
•Service driven with the ability to create great rapport with fellow team members
•Advanced proficiency with PC hardware and hardware configuration.
•Advanced knowledge of Windows Operating Systems
•Advanced Knowledge in DNS, DHCP, and Windows Active Directory.
•Advanced Knowledge of TCP/IP networks and network configuration.
•Team player who is self-motivated, and has ability to work with minimal supervision.
•Ability to manage, maintain, and keep accurate track of software and hardware inventory.
•Ability to communicate effectively with team members and leadership staff.
•Well-developed problem analysis and problem solving techniques.
•Scripting Knowledge (PS,CMD, Javascript) a plus, but not necessary
•OSX or Linux knowledge a plus, but not necessary

Education and Experience:
•Associate’s Degree in computer science or technical field is preferred.
•2+ years’ experience in a technology or service driven industry is required
•Background in corporate IT Support for a Microsoft environment is preferred.
