The HRIS Data & Integration Manager maintains employee data and maximizes the data’s value, ensuring the data is accurate and up-to-date for security and audit reporting. Responsible for integrating HRIS data with other business applications as appropriate. Safely stores and distributes HRIS reports ensuring proper accessibility to management. Fosters and maintains positive relationships with constituents, including HR and payroll personnel, senior management, IT and third-party vendors regarding configuration options, best practices, and cost-effective solutions to support data integrity and distribution.

Essential Job Functions:
Oversees data integration connections to and from HRM system, ensuring data content remains secure. Works with internal IT security team to meet data security standards. Analyzes data flows for process improvement opportunities.
Acts as a liaison among Human Resources and other internal departments and/or third-party vendors, supporting integration with the HRIS and other third party systems.
Manages and designs the mapping of all HRIS tables (Business Rules & Processes) to ensure accurate data capture that promotes prudent compliance and enables comprehensive reporting.
Develops, tests, documents and deploys any changes/enhancements to established system-generated business processes/workflows to maintain data accuracy.
Runs diagnostic queries and analyzes data regularly.
Optimizes the use of technology and develops tools to minimize transactional HR activity.
Analyzes existing business processes and identifies areas for improvement
Based on analysis, designs and/or redesigns business processes to utilize the Human Resources system more efficiently and improve and/or enhance existing system processes.
Compiles data for governmental reporting requests as needed (such as EEO and AAP reporting).
Has the ability to provide and deduce logic for analytical reports to support organizational need for both past and current state as well as strategic, decision-making analysis.
Provides security and audit reporting for compliance purposes.
Researches opportunities with current system that would increase efficiency and researches alternative HR system options.

Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree required; may consider experience in lieu of education.
5+ years’ HR experience; preference in areas of HRIS technology and reporting.
Experience with HRIS software (UltiPro preferred); preference given for Cognos report writing experience.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
