Job Summary:
The CHRO is responsible for leadership and oversight of the overall HR function to include Learning and Development, and Facilities and Administration for a publicly traded company. Responsible to provide a strategic mindset with a strong tactical HR foundation and vision to grow and support the needs of the organization by building a team and a culture that is agile and scalable for change and growth in a fast-paced environment. The CHRO will develop and execute executive compensation programs and maintain strategic oversight for the program. Will lead HR in M&A transactions through various stages from due diligence, pre-close and integration. The CHRO will partner with key executive leaders across the organization to implement strategic HR, L&D, and Facilities and Administration direction to support the business needs and enable operational success.

Essential Job Functions:
Provides strategic leadership of Human Resources, Learning and Development, and Facilities and Administration functions and ensures alignment of people processes and practices organization-wide.
Leads the department functions, including but not limited to executive compensation, M&A integration, recruitment, retention, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, diversity and inclusion, employee engagement, leadership development, human resources communications, technology and facilities management.
Builds and maintains collaborative partnerships with leaders and ensure that strategies, processes and practices are aligned to support the execution of strategic objectives and initiatives across the organization.
Leads the development and implementation of strategic and annual plans with an emphasis on the programs, practices and relationships that affect the ability to attract, develop, retain and engage employees today and in the future.
Responsible for overall strategy and implementation of approaches to create a diverse and inclusive workplace.
Partners with leadership to ensure that quality improvement and change management skills are integral to our culture and teams.
Responsible to design and execute leadership development strategies, programs and approaches in partnership with Learning and Development, to equip leaders for the future, support work across the organization, and deliver on brand  promise.
Works closely with executive leadership and acts as a trusted advisor to achieve strategic, financial and team objectives, as well as succession planning, facility management, diversity & inclusion and organizational development efforts to equip the organization for success long term.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:
Master’s degree with at least five years of HR executive management experience working directly with senior officers / leaders of an organization as well as 10 years of human resources leadership or organizational consulting experience working in a publically traded company.
Seasoned experience leading HR through M&A activities from due diligence to integration.
Previous experience in Facilities management preferred.
Demonstrated success in scaling HR in a growing organization.
Proven experience mentoring and developing successors.
