DESCRIPTION

Analyze, recommend, and support standard microcomputer-related hardware and software solutions for the Police Department that are directly or indirectly related to Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD); improve efficiencies, resolve business problems, and train personnel in use of applications.

REQUIREMENTS
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in information technology and a minimum of two (2) years’ responsible experience in hardware and software application support and network infrastructure support; or any such combination of education, experience, and training as may be acceptable to the hiring authority. Microsoft and project management certifications desired.
