Creative Surfaces Inc; a National manufacturing company of custom store fixtures, signage, and countertops for retail, automotive, and casino industry with manufacturing facilities in Sioux Falls, SD and Rapid City, SD is seeking an Accounting Assistant
At Creative Surfaces Inc, our Accountant Assistant must be able to manage assist with invoicing, monthly pay applicatins, sales & use tax returns. Position offers competitive hourly wage, paid time off, Insurance and 401k.
Responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Invoicing
- Monthly pay applications
- Sales and use tax reports
- Backup to customer service quoting and order entry
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Knowledge of general accounting practices
- 2 years of experience in similar position a plus
- Detail oriented person
- Organized – multi tasking a must
- Ability to work well with others
