Employment Type: Full Time

HOURS: Full-time, 40 hours per week. Works schedule is 7:45am to 4:30pm Monday through Thursday, 8am to 5pm Friday.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide administrative support. Greet and direct visitors and clients in the office, route phone calls on a multi-line phone system, sort and route mail, take payments, schedule clients, assist clients with completion of paperwork, and data entry. Additionally this position is responsible for maintaining client records with high accuracy and attention to detail and strict confidentiality. A strong candidate will possess strong customer service and computer skills. Responsible for front reception area to include making coffee, presentation of waiting room, light cleaning of area, etc.

QUALIFICATIONS: Must possess a high school diploma or GED. One to two years of experience in an office setting is preferred. Must successfully complete all agency background checks.

SALARY: Dependent on experience and qualifications.
