Position Description:

*THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION*

We are looking for a passionate IT professional to lead the efforts at CFM.  While having the support of the Sanford Health technology group, you will serve as our on-site IT expert.  We are looking for an ambitious IT applicant who is customer-service focused and possesses a proactive approach to getting things done.

The Application Support Specialist will provide expert support to end users of application related issues, our electronic medical record software (eClincalWorks).  You will lead all efforts as it pertains to finding resolutions of complex issues and provide advice on tactical and strategic solutions.  The Application Support Specialist will be responsible for organizing and implementing information systems education and training for staff.  You will write and maintain training documents and answer questions and assist users with problems relating to the software and hardware.

The IT Support will include basic set up and maintenance of computers, printers, and network mapping; providing timely and prompt service.  Management of phone system- installing, maintaining, trouble-shooting phone issues.  Gather, analyze, and report data.  Assist to develop and maintain IT budget for fiscal year. 

Pay:
Starting at $25.00/hr

Skills/Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in technology related field or equivalent experience.
Task orientated with ability to prioritize multiple projects relating to user and clinic requests.
Aptitude to navigate and understand electronic medical record software and general computer functions.
Extensive knowledge of software and hardware to monitor and trouble-shoot problems.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of computer users and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Prior knowledge and use of information systems in medical setting highly desired.
