Job Description
  • Fulfilling occupancy goals by advertising, conducting property tours, and filling vacancies
  • Answering phones and internet inquiries for new prospective residents
  • Scheduling and conducting showings with prospective residents
  • Determine the eligibility of perspective residents according to company policy
  • Posting notices
  • Maintain Reporting regularly to the Property Manager
  • Providing excellent customer service and resident relations
  • Maintaining and securing the premises.
  • Inspecting the community, common areas, grounds, pools on a routine basis
  • Operating within non-discriminatory and Fair Housing laws
  • Assist Property Manager with rent collection and collections on delinquent accounts
  • Presents creative ideas to continually increase property value
  • And other duties as assigned
