Auto Body Parts Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Parts Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of parts procurement and inventory control for our body shop operations.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately identify parts necessary to complete repairs in the shop
• Work with vendors to locate and order parts
• Receive parts and inspect for quality and accuracy
• Ensure timely distribution to the shop in accordance with the production schedule
• Maintain accurate accounting records for purchased and/or returned parts
• Keep parts area clean and organized for production efficiency
• Attend/collaborate with team during daily production meetings

Qualifications:

• Experience working with automotive parts (auto body parts is a bonus)
• Solid problem-solving skills
• Computer proficiency
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to work well with the team and achieve common goals
