LifeScape is seeking a compassionate BCBA with over 5 years of experience to join our team at our Autism and Child Development Center in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

As a BCBA at the Autism and Child Development Center, you would have the opportunity to work with children and adolescents in an outpatient clinic setting focused on early intervention, functional communication, social skills, daily living skills, and decreasing challenging behavior. Our team of BCBAs are passionate about supporting their clients and training and developing a strong ABA-focused workforce.

This is a full time, part time, or unscheduled part time (PRN) opportunity for those who have previous experience working in an outpatient setting with children and adolescents.

Job Requirements
• Master’s degree and BCBA certification & licensure in the state of South Dakota
• Highly skilled, tenured BCBA with well-rounded experience
• Early intervention clinic-based experience
• Over 5 years of practice as a BCBA
• Experience providing clinical supervision to those in route for their BCBA
• Skilled in supervising and training ABA technicians; implement, model, and monitor progress of individualized behavior support and skill plans with Behavior Technicians
• Working with interdisciplinary teams
• Commitment to clinical excellence and professional development
• Ability to coach and train parents and caregivers
• Program development and implementation
