DPS offers Contact Center support to a variety of clients in the Government, Financial, Healthcare, Retail, and High-tech verticals.


Since 2000, we have grown no less than 20% each year and this year is no different. We are currently expanding our existing client support and adding new clients all the time.


We are currently recruiting ambitious, self-motivated, detail-orientated individuals that are willing to provide our clients and their customers with superior Customer Care, Technical Support, Sales, and Lead Generation Support.


Your experience is greatly welcome, but we will teach you all you need to know and you won’t get on the phones until you are ready.

REQUIREMENTS
To be considered, individuals must have the following:
• Must be fluent in English, (reading, writing, and speaking), and be able to communicate in a professional manner.
o Bilingual Spanish Agents welcome
• Practical experience and proficiency with Microsoft Office Products
• Ability to learn and adapt in short periods of time
• Ability to handle 80 - 120 calls per day
• Ability to work 40 hours each week
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check against crimes of fraud and trust.
