We are looking to add an Content Scheduling Specialist to our Healthcare team in a full-time, non-exempt position. The Content Scheduling Specialist will configure sites, assist in the scheduling of ongoing programming and provide training to the Content Scheduling Specialist I while confirming that appropriate processes are followed. Position requires maintaining and working in numerous computer systems including LodgeNet Media Manager (LMM), Guest Pay Billing (GP Billing), Content Management System (CMS), Clarify and Key File, compiling of content assets, documentation, proofing, creation and verification of accurate final site schedules.

Some of the essential job functions include:

• Input detailed information in LMM and CMS for programming, building ranked lists, running lineups, and running schedules.
• Configure sites in LMM and CMS to create lineup, schedule and tarball.
• Decipher critical detailed information and complex business rules to gather configuration details.
• Communicate with various distributors, customers and internal departments to verify site specific configuration details, compile and verify programming assets.
• Verify CMS output for each specific site modified.
• Finalize lineups utilizing LMM lists.
• Answer questions from SONIFI Health and SONIFI Solutions resources related to lineups, configurations and content.
• Answer questions from SONIFI Health clients and process requests related to configuration and content.
• Proof descriptions and images for accuracy.
• Generate reports out of CMS as requested.
• Provide support to hospitality programming operations as needed.
• Maintain education and entertainment master content lists.
• Maintain customer outlines.
• Confirm accuracy of all information maintained.
• Recommend process and system improvements to supervisor.
• Various projects, adhoc research and other duties as assigned.

What you’ll need:

• High School Diploma with a preference of a two-year Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• A minimum of two years administrative experience working with an extremely high level of detail and accuracy.
• Must be highly proficient with Excel to manipulate various spreadsheets, and familiar with Word and Outlook.
• Must be proactive, able to decipher and solve complex problems and make critical decisions independently.
• Must have the ability to learn SONIFI driven software programs including LodgeNet Media Manager, CMS, Salesforce and Documentum.
• Must have the ability to learn web-based applications.
