Job Description:

  • Take inbound calls from customers and assist with questions on accounts

  • Help customers troubleshoot and navigate online banking system

  • Educate customers on the polices that can affect their accounts

  • Apply strong problem solving skills to resolve complex account issues

  • Help protect customers from fraud by providing guidance when debit cards or checks are lost or stolen

  • Educate customers on options to avoid future fees

  • Recommend the right products and services to customers based on their individual needs

  • Open new products and services for customers



  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • Must score 30+ WPM or above on typing test

  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 3 years 


10:30AM - 7PM with Sundays and Wednesdays off

9:30AM - 6PM - Saturdays
