Looking for professional customer service candidates to join our Sioux Falls team.


Position will entail the following:


Will be evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed
Will follow a hierarchy of checks and balances to decide if you need to order a title or not
Follow procures accurately to ensure you order titles when necessary to prevent the bank from risk
Ensures identified risks or problems are clearly documented
Will review documentation while adhering to government rules and regulations
Help with validating loans and composing letters
Communicate and send letters based on loan criteria
Providing guidance to underwriters to other staff regarding processes and letter accuracy


Hours are Monday-Friday, no weekends working 7AM-5PM/6PM.


Pay is 16.00/hr to start.


Position is expected to be seasonal but has potential to go full-time for the right candidate.

REQUIREMENTS
Must have 3 or more years of customer service experience from any industry.
Must be detail oriented.
Need 3 years of processing, admin, analyst, or data entry experience in the financial industry.
