Bender Companies is seeking a Digital Media Coordinator with a positive mindset and strong work ethic. As the Digital Media Coordinator, you will coordinate and implement digital content to ensure that it reaches target audiences through social media (both organic and paid) and SEO. In addition, you will analyze metrics from a variety of channels with a focus on measuring content impact and engagement and identifying opportunities for optimization and testing.

Scope of work will include but not be limited to creating, designing, and managing social media strategies, general website maintenance, organic SEO optimization, paid marketing strategies, digital marketing and general up keep of the company’s digital presence. Content design focuses on increasing customer engagement; supporting revenue generation efforts; sharing company and client stories externally; and enhancing the overall Bender brand.

This is not a standard media coordinator role. We need a super smart digital media coordinator to support both our companies, Bender Midwest Properties and Bender Commercial Real Estate. Extra points if you can make us laugh and have an unrelenting urge to organize. This is a “roll up your sleeves,” get involved, and create massive value type of role.

•    Coordinate and maintain a collection of social media platforms
•    Develop social media and advertising programs that help build awareness and engage customers within the most popular social media channels
•    Source and build day-to-day content on brand pages
•    Assist in the creation and management of multiple content calendars
•    Uses graphic design skills and tools to create graphics for social media and web use
•    Understands and executes analytics and how to measure and report on program success
•    Collaborates with the team about new social media, digital advertising, promotion and PR methods that advance our success

This Role Might Be for You If You
• Have successful experience managing social media and advertising programs
• Have knowledge of social media metrics tools, analytics and Google Analytics.
• Have the ability to come-up with and create effective content ideas/strategies that will drive maximal engagement of audience
• Have experience in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop with ability to create basic product images
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Have interest in digital trends and technologies
• Have excellent written and oral communication skills
• Have strong project management skills
• Are extremely detail-oriented
• Are a skilled proofreader with meticulous attention to detail
• Can handle stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Prefer to work in small, family-style environments
• Are comfortable working independently and collaboratively as required; versatility required
• Have the ability to figure things out independently when necessary.
• Have the drive to get things done
• Have a sense of humor and the ability to constructively respond to criticism.
