Electronics Manufacturing Associates 1st & 2nd Shifts ($17 to $19 hr.)

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity?

Interested in working for a company that builds electronics circuit boards and subcomponents? We are hiring 1^st and 2^nd Shift Production & Assembly Associates to work in this dynamic and growing electronics manufacturing environment.

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Manually place electronic components onto circuit boards, soldering components into place
2. Operate and monitor automated component placement and soldering machines.
3. Assemble product subcomponents.
4. Test products for proper finish and operation.
5. Package finished products.

 III. We are excited about you if you have the following?

1. A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
2. Prior manufacturing experience is preferred.
3. Proficient English communication skills.
4. Strong attention to detail and quality.
5. Have a personality that succeeds in independent and team job roles.
6. Ability to work an entire shift performing either standing or sitting job duties.

 IV. What do you get in return?

1. Work schedule Shift 1: 7 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday (When working OT may start at 6 AM or work a half day Saturday)
2. Work schedule Shift 2: 4 PM to 2:30 AM, Monday to Thursday (When working OT work a half day Friday).
3. Schedule Flexibility: will consider adjusted start times due to childcare schedules.
4. Starting Compensation: $17 to $19 hr., plus benefits
