We are looking to add a Financial Analyst to our team in a full-time, exempt position.


The Financial Analyst will be responsible for the management of the pricing tool utilized in the proposal and contract processes with SONIFI customers.  This position will assist in the maintenance and development of financial models, analyses and reports that support operational and business management.


Some of the essential job functions include:


• Manage Excel based Sales Pricing Tool (SPT) for product pricing and cost updates, new product offers, master agreement terms/stipulations, and applicable modifications.
• Maintain other Excel based pricing/profitability calculators as required.
• Provide company price list maintenance including new part pricing and quarterly price list updates.
• Assist Deal Desk and Sales Reps with one-off pricing tool updates/adjustments for specific sites and situations.
• Work with Deal Desk and Sales team members to structure and define deals that meet the customer’s needs while meeting the company needs and objectives.
• Reconcile pricing tool estimates to actual costs on a periodic basis to inform and correct future estimates.
• Provide competitive pricing analysis as needed.
• Provide analysis for larger group deals and partnerships with Sales Reps and Executives.
• Work with multiple Company departments to incorporate new product cost, functionality, and feature set requirements into pricing tools.

REQUIREMENTS
What you’ll need:

• A four-year degree, preferably with a Major in Finance or Accounting, and a minimum of four years of experience in a financial or accounting role is required.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required, including:
o Experience working efficiently with functions IF, AND, OR, LOOKUP, INDEX, MATCH, SUMPRODUCT, and SUMIFS.
o Excel Data Table and Pivot Table experience
• Knowledge and ability to work within Excel VBA and coding experience/knowledge a plus.
• Experience with Salesforce and NetSuite preferred, ability to learn and work within Salesforce and NetSuite, and other business systems, required.
