Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise students in the In-School Suspension (ISS) room and ensure a calm and productive atmosphere.
  • Monitor student behavior and address any conflicts or issues that may arise.
  • Encourage students to complete assigned work and uphold school policies.
  • Document incidents and communicate with school administrators as needed.
  • Provide guidance and support to students to help them reflect on and learn from their actions.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Prior experience working with youth in a school or similar setting.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with professionalism.
  • Passion for supporting students and helping them succeed both academically and personally.
