Human Resources Manager

- $80,000 - $110,000 + DOE
- Potential Bonus

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
- One other HR professional in department.
- Responsible for employee and labor relations.
- Work with department managers to ensure productive work environment.
- Lead culture initiatives that include employee communications, health & wellness, community involvement, reward & recognition, talent acquisition and performance management, strategic workforce planning, audits and investigations and other duties as necessary.
Job Requirements
BACKGROUND PROFILE
• Manufacturing HR Experience – Preferred.
• 5-10 Years of HR Experience.
