Insulation Installers ($20 to $27 hr.)

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity?

 Do you like construction work but are tired of seasonal layoffs? If so, we may have the job for you. We are looking for insulation installers to join the team or growing regional Insulation Contractor. 

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Start each day receiving your work assignments, loading your materials, and equipment needed.
2. Install hung, blown, or apply spray foam insulation in new commercial and residential construction.
3. Install blown insulation in existing residential structures.
4. Maintain work records by project.

III. We are excited about you if you have the following?

• 1. Work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
  2. Meaningful relevant experience in construction or manufacturing.
  3. Good English communication skills.
  4. Full physical ability to meet the varying demands of the job.

IV. What do you get in return?

1. 1. Work Schedule: 6 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday, with optional overtime.
   2. Starting Compensation, hung and blown installers: from $20 hr.
   3. Starting Compensation, spray insulation applicators: $20 to 27 hr., DOE
   4. Benefits: Full benefits package.
