DAY SHIFT between 7am-4pm / M-F, with Overtime in the peak season.

Job Requirements
Must have high school diploma or GED
Must be detail oriented
Experience driving a forklift is a plus
Pre-employment Drug Testing and Background Check required
Job Duties-
The primary focus of this position is to manufacture custom trim per the customer request, standard trim, and stock trim for the Sioux Falls branch.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- other duties may be assigned
1. Capable of learning to taking a customer supplied drawing and creating a program in the CNC controller to bend the part to print. Training provided.
2. Capable of calculating the part width for proper slitting.
3. Excels as recalling existing programs from the controller to bend trim product.
4. Capable of organizing workload to ulitize like colors to minimize scrap, but still finish product for correct truck/will-call in time for loading.
5. Excels at product handling in making of the bends to maximize output.
6. Detailed oriented and quality minded to do quality checks on product that is manufactured.
7. Records all production reporting correctly and accurately.
8. Work without direct supervision.
9. Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
10. Must keep work area clean including wiping down machine and daily houekeeping.
11. Follow all safety guidelines as established by Metal Sales Manufacturing and /or management.
12. Must be willing to do other projects and tasks as directed by Supervisor.
13. Must be willing to overtime as needed.
