Job Description:


We’re a leading online retailer of women's fashion clothing seeking a Marketing Coordinator. This is a new team role. We are a true family here and care about our employees growth. The Marketing Coordinator will play a critical role in our day-to-day business that specializes in consistent imagery and branding. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable researching and creating relevant content. This person needs to know how to tell the story about our brand and increase engagement and sales across all social media platforms. Your biggest role will be creating and posting the content that is relevant to our brand and what our audience wants to see, while always focusing on measurable sale growth. This person must be both organized and have a creative eye and will report directly to our Creative Director.


Responsibilities:


Manage day-to-day activities related to social media. This includes monitoring, tagging and analysis of social media conversations across various platforms, maintenance of our brands' social media sites and reputation management This person must be comfortable in front of the camera as they will be actively involved in our social media campaigns Work with other members of the company to create, execute, & analyze cross-platform social media giveaway, sales and events Stay current and forward thinking on new social media tools and platforms, best sales practices and use within the competitive landscape Proactively listen and engage with brand communities to optimize content and identify any opportunities Maintain and become the brand voice and vision throughout all conversations


Qualifications:


* 3 – 6 years experience in social media marketing and/or PR Experience developing and measuring sales success strategies across social media and digital marketing areas
* Experience in sales, social media, digital PR, and building sustainable communities.You have to be a social media power user and have a proven background building a quality online following for a business. (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, & Pinterest). We are looking for someone that has successfuly used the platforms in a business setting
* Experience using social media analytics tools and the ability to tweak marketing strategies daily based on findings
* Creative skills for contributing new and innovative ideas
* Ability to create cutting-edge social media and digital marketing content including video work
* Writing, blogging and proofreading ability
* Experience of managing website content
* Strong organizational skills and communication skills a must.
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Capacity to prioritize and work on multiple projects
* Ability to work independently and flexibly
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Proactive and resourceful with a ‘can-do’ attitude
* Experience in Photoshop & Video a plus
* Experience with Google Analytics Pay DOE.
