Media Coordinator

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team as a Media Coordinator at our Corporate Office in Sioux Falls, SD! • Trafficking media to TV stations, Radio stations and digital partner
• Trafficking creative to digital signs & OOH creative
• Assist with processing media invoices
• Assist with coordinating media projects in Monday.com
• Placing orders for store banners and adversail and other store signage needs
• Assisting with ordering in-store signage to support promotions
• Gathering and maintaining media kits for different vendors
• Keeping promotional materials stocked by coordinating assets and inventory of materials to support overall campaign needs
• Assist in other areas of marketing as needs arise
• Conduct market research to identify media trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging across all media channels

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team
• Eagerness to learn, take direction, and embrace constructive feedback to enhance your skills
• A genuine passion for creativity and a keen interest in staying up to date with industry trends
• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school OR one-year related experience and/or training OR equivalent combination of education and experience
