MIG Tack Welder ($20 to $25 hr.)

Job Description

I. What is the opportunity?

Interested in working for an employee-focused, steel fabricator with a state-of-the-art facility and equipment? We are hiring MIG Tack Welders to join the team of such a Company.  

II. How will you spend your time?

1. Tack weld precut components via work plans and jigs.
2. Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy.
3. Maintain a clean and well-organized work area.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

III. We are excited about you if you have the following?

• 1. A work history of good performance, reliability, and job longevity.
  2. 1+ year MIG welding experience, preferably in a manufacturing or fabrication work environment. Will consider current technical school graduates.
  3. Proficient use of work instructions and blueprints.
  4. Proficient use of measuring instruments, jig, clamps, and grinders.
  5. Basic math skills.
  6. Strong attention to detail and quality.
  7. Good English communication skills.
  8. Full physical abilities (strength, flexibility, mobility) to perform job duties.

 IV. What do you get in return?

1. 1. Work schedule 7 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday, (45-hour work week).
   2. Starting Compensation: $20 to $25 hr., plus benefits.
   3. Work in a stat-of-the-art fabrication facility.
