Cresten Property Management is looking for a well-organized self-starter who is efficient and accurate when completing job responsibilities. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations for a Class “A” multi-family complex. At a minimum, the ideal candidate will have the knowledge to market, show and rent available apartment homes to prospective residents. Must feel comfortable with the rent collection process, understand, and enforce the lease and property house rules. Build lasting relationships with residents so they want to continue their tenancy. Maintain a good relationship with vendors to ensure all work is done to the Cresten standard. Must be a team player and work closely with the Maintenance Technician to ensure work orders are done in order of priority and date received. Follow up with residents to make sure work orders were completed timely, the issue resolved, and the resident is satisfied. Must be able to understand the property budget and enter invoices on time. Keep property grounds clean, free of debris and weeds. Work closely with Regional Manager and keep them informed of issues that require their assistance. Previous property management experience is a plus but not required but must have some customer service-related experience.
