Experienced RNs come join the Solutions By Sanford team!
We are looking for RN's with at least two years of experience and at least one year of travel experience to join our team. You must live at least 60 miles from the location you are applying for. You will be paid weekly, your stipend is included in the weekly pay rate. You will also be eligible for Sanford Benefits. Contracts are 13 weeks with the option to extend or go to another Sanford site!
Comprehensive Orthopedic and Neurological Care: Our 41-bed orthopedic unit offers specialized care tailored to patients across the age spectrum, from adolescents to older adults, encompassing medical, surgical, gerontology, trauma, and orthopedic nursing skills. Additionally, our eight-bed Neurology Acute Care Unit (NACU) provides intermediate care for patients transitioning from intensive care to our general unit, specializing in neurologic disorders such as strokes, head injuries, spinal injuries, and more.
Patient-Centered Approach: Our team prioritizes patient-focused care by incorporating early teaching, family participation, and comprehensive discharge planning into our practice. Pain management, mobility, self-care, and transition to the home environment are primary focuses, ensuring a safe and smooth recovery process for our patients.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Our unit operates within a multidisciplinary team environment, collaborating with providers, pharmacy, therapy, radiology, care management, and leadership to deliver comprehensive care to our patients. Ongoing education is provided on a monthly and yearly basis to ensure our staff remains up-to-date with the latest advancements in orthopedic and neurological care.

Responsibilities
Plans and coordinates patient care, assessment, education, triage and various other nursing interventions
Collaborates with colleagues, including physicians, to plan, implement and evaluate care
Empathetically cares for patients during all stages of preventive services, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up along the continuum of care
Demonstrates competency and uses comprehensive nursing expertise
