Love organization? Numbers? Working on multiple projects and staying busy? Then this may be just the position you’ve been looking for. Bender Midwest Properties is a growing local property management firm looking to add an Accounting Assistant to our busy accounting team.


The Accounting Assistant will be responsible for helping the accounting staff with A/R, A/P, property management software data entry, electronic record maintenance, and various other duties. The Accounting Assistant will also serve as a backup for answering phones and making trips for bank deposits.

REQUIREMENTS
• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role
• Excellent verbal, listening and written skills
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Ability to process large volumes of transactions
• Experience working with accounting software
• Effective organizational skills
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite products
• Excellent time management skills
• Background check required
