Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing parts for their trucks and trailers
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
• Maintain inventory accuracy by keeping track of stock levels and pricing
• Process parts orders and coordinate with the service department for timely delivery
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction and department success

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a parts counter or automotive industry preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
• Knowledge of truck and trailer parts is a plus
• Detail-oriented with a focus on providing excellent customer service
