DESCRIPTION

Growing commercial construction company is looking for a full time Receptionist/Office Assistant. Qualifications include strong organizational, clerical and communication skills. Applicants must be reliable, personable, a quick learner, detail orientated and proficient in Microsoft Office/Word/Excel. They should be a self-starter and able to multi-task. Previous office experience is required and accounting and payroll experience is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS
Duties include: managing a multi-line phone system, tracking employee hours, verifying insurance certificates, some HR responsibilities, filing and other basic clerical tasks, and assisting project managers and estimators and the payroll and accounting departments.
