We are looking to add a Sales Support Associate to our team in a full-time, exempt position.

The Sales Support Associate will be an integral part of the Gaming Sales team for SONIFI. This position will report to the Sr. Director of Gaming Sales, and will participate across the spectrum of activity from lead qualification, quote and proposal preparation, sales support, and promote SONIFI products and services to existing customers.

Some of the essential job functions include:

• Effectively and accurately pitch the company’s value proposition.
• Generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads for new-to-SONIFI customers.
• Prospect existing customers for system upgrades.
• Organize sales presentations, product marketing materials, and other relevant documents to ensure that all materials are prepared prior to deadlines.
• Assist in setting up customer meetings and demo’s.
• Provide prompt follow through to current and prospective customers, answer relevant questions, etc.
• Coordinate follow up as necessary on customer service and technical support matters with internal teams.
• Develop upsell / cross-sales opportunities.
• Prepare concise, targeted proposals and contracts.
• Track and update data accurately in Salesforce CRM.
• Stay abreast of gaming industry standards and requirements.
• Monitor and ensure Tribal Gaming licenses are in place or need to be applied for
• Provide consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications.
• Work collaboratively in a team environment.

What you’ll need:

• Bachelors degree and 3 years in a sales support role an enterprise sales organization, preferably in the gaming, technology, or hospitality fields, is required.
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite.
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced corporate environment.
• Impeccable written and oral communication skills. Superb Email, phone and in-person etiquette.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Diligent, consistent, and professional follow ups to drive sales to close.
• Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and stay firmly within deadlines.
• Some travel may be required.
