Manage, coach and develop Customer Service and/or Vehicle Valuation Representatives while delivering upon key service levels to ensure a “World Class” Service Organization.

Job Duties

  • Recruit, hire, develop, onboard and termination of employees within CCC guidelines

  • Identify and act upon departmental service level trends through use of various reporting tools to include:

    • Customer KPI’s

    • NPS

    • Financials

    • Forecast and schedule staff

  • Conduct and document regular employee communications including calibration of performance at a minimum quarterly

  • Effectively communicate procedural and organizational changes to employees, leadership and customers on a regular basis

  • Ensure employee recognition and incentive programs are administered timely and accurately driving overall employee engagement

  • Address inquiries and employee relation needs in a timely manner

  • Liaison for PD and PM for areas of improvement and generation of idea proposals for optimal streamlining or betterment of existing processes

  • Manage 15-20 direct reports


  • College degree preferred or equivalent work experience

  • 2-3 years management experience in the service industry

  • OR

  • Will consider internal candidates who have demonstrated progression towards targeted development goals

  • Ability to incur business related expenses with 2-3 weeks until reimbursement

  • Occasional travel required
