Job Description
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Accountant/Human Resources professional to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in accounting and HR functions, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of payroll processing, including preparing and distributing payroll checks
- Oversee employee benefits administration and ensure compliance with company policies
- Perform month-end and year-end financial close processes, including reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Handle employee relations issues and provide support to management as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field
- CPA or PHR certification preferred
- 3+ years of experience in accounting and HR roles
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems and HR software
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
