Job Description
Administrative Assistant:
Provides administrative support in a variety of functions to an individual, team, or department. Schedules and coordinates meetings, travel, and other group activities. Responds to or routes routine inquiries from external and internal sources with standard correspondence and other messaging.
Hours:
Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay:
$20.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
Answering business phone calls
Working with customers
Planning and working with General Manager schedule
Clerical filing of documents
Materials Nesting and Purchasing Documents
Skills and Qualifications:
Microsoft Office knowledge
Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Word, Excel
Organized with a strong attention to detail
Adept to handling multiple tasks simultaneously
Excellent time management
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
1-2 years of experience is desired, but not required.
