Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for supporting the Catholic community? St. Katharine Drexel Parish in Sioux Falls, SD is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in helping the parish operate efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative support to the parish staff, including answering phones, responding to emails, and organizing documents.
2. Assist with scheduling and coordinating events, meetings, and appointments.
3. Manage office supplies and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
4. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations as needed.
5. Help with data entry and record-keeping tasks to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
Qualifications:
We are looking for a candidate who has:
1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
4. Previous administrative experience in an office setting.
