Sioux Falls Hebron Brick Supply is looking to hire for an Administrative/Clerical position. The position could potentially be full, or part time. The person holding this position will be responsible for a variety of tasks. Duties to include accounts payable and inventory processes, providing support to customers, managers, and employees. Retail Sales experience preferred but not required.

Job Summary
Answer and direct phone calls
Process all accounts payable and related documents
Bank Deposits
Maintain internal inventory
Maintain filing records
Some order purchasing and shipping
Provide support to all employees and customers
Knowledge and Requirements
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Business Central helpful but not required
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
Adaptable to change and integration of procedures
Willing to do anything beyond the normal job summary when needed
