Full Time Position

Pay $15-$18 per hour depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• As an Afternoon Prep, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation of ingredients and dishes for the evening service.
• You will work closely with our culinary team to ensure that all food items are prepared to the highest quality standards.
• Attention to detail is key as you will be responsible for following recipes and portion control guidelines.
• Organization and cleanliness are essential in this role to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
• Throughout your shift, you will communicate effectively with the kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure timely completion of prep work.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a kitchen prep or culinary role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Flexibility to work afternoon shifts, including weekends and holidays.
