Position Supervises: N/A
Work Schedule: Part time with flexibility required.
POSITION SUMMARY
Provide all required trainings to employees depending on program requirements. Monitor and ensure agency AEDs are in working order.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS STATEMENT(S)
Training
- Provide all in person required training for employees (i.e., CPR, Safety Care, Abuse & Neglect, driver training, and others as determined).
- Assist with new employee orientation.
- Track completed training for employees based on program requirements.
- Assist employees to complete missing training as needed.
- Ensure training licensure(s) is current.
Programming
- Provide training and classes to participants as appropriate and needed.
- Check AEDs monthly. Replace batteries and pads as needed and keep records of monthly checks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
POSITIONS QUALIFICATIONS SKILLS & ABILITIES
Education: Bachelor’s degree in human services or related field.
Experience: Minimum of one year related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills: Ability to organize materials, provide training through effective communication, document function activity accurately, troubleshoot and solve problems, and work with a diverse population of employees and participants is required. Must have excellent communication and organizational skills.
Other Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and set up training materials and demonstrate training skills including CPR on the floor.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
- Ability to Stand, Walk, sit, manually manipulate, reach outward and above shoulders, speak, climb, crawl, squat, kneel, and bend on a daily basis (depending on training provided).
Capability to Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs on a regular basis.
