You will be responsible for assisting with the managment of all aspects of the operation of a branch including staffing, sales, compliance, customer issues, lobby promotions, and bank repair issues.

Job Requirements
What You'll Do:
Assist customers with a variety of banking services
Open new accounts and manage transactions
Provide financial advice and solutions
Build lasting relationships with customers
Learn the basics of lending and assist customers with consumer and personal loans.
Maintain contact with bank customers and actively be involved in community events and promotions.
Assist with the overall management of a bank branch location including:
-Direction of branch sales and supervision of staff
-Maintaining a cost-effective branch
-Implementation of bank's lending and deposit policies
-Cross selling of bank's services and products
-Coaching and mentoring of bank staff to provide optimal customer service
