Ensures Sands Wall Systems project goals and commitments are met by providing onsite management, quality control and coordination of all labor, materials, equipment, safety, and security for drywall installation at Sands Wall Systems jobsites. |

High school diploma or equivalent. Must have basic computer skills using Microsoft Office. Must have basic math skills. Must have valid driver’s license with good driving record and able to operate a motor vehicle.

Must be able to walk on uneven and/or unstable ground in and around a construction site. Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry up to 50 pounds. Must be able to climb up and down stairs, scaffolding, and ladders. Must be able to bend, reach, and stretch overhead. Must be able to see 20/20 with or without corrective lenses in order to complete job inspections. Must be able to communicate in English effectively, both orally and in writing to speak to supervisors, co-workers, and customers.

Must have extensive knowledge of materials, methods, and tools involved in the installation of drywall, insulation, and other materials associated with the Sands Wall Systems business. Must have organizational, planning, and prioritizing skills to manage one’s own time and the time of employees and subcontractors to work together to accomplish tasks. Must have leadership skills to manage employees and subcontractors. Must be able to communicate to others to convey information effectively by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person. Able to listen and follow instructions from supervisors. Able to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems.

Work Environment |
- The work is done on residential and commercial projects, both new and existing construction, inside as well as outside.
- Temperature conditions will vary.
