What You’ll Do: 

• Work closely with the Lead Teacher to build a safe, nurturing classroom. You'll also have the opportunity to float between different classrooms, providing support to children across the Infant to Pre-K age range. 
• Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities and curriculum. 
• Provide gentle, attentive care to children, including feeding, diapering, and napping. 
• Ensure a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. 
• Help children learn positive behaviors and provide guidance when needed.

• We are currently seeking two dedicated and passionate Assistant Teachers to join our team at the 57th Street Learning Center. 

  • Toddler Room: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
  • Float Position: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. As a float, you'll have the opportunity to work across various classrooms, providing support to children ranging from Infants to PreK.

Who You Are:   

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with kids. 
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing the best care for the kids. 
• Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. 
• CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days) is required (training provided).
