What You’ll Do: 

• Collaborate with the Lead Toddler Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom. 
• Assist in delivering age-appropriate activities and curriculum. 
• Provide gentle, attentive care to children, including feeding, diapering, and napping. 
• Ensure a clean, organized classroom that meets health and safety standards. 
• Help children learn positive behaviors and provide guidance when needed.

• We are currently seeking three dedicated and passionate Assistant Teachers to join our team at the Empower Campus Learning Center.

  • Infant Room: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Toddler Room: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
  • Float Position: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM. As a float, you'll have the opportunity to work across various classrooms, providing support to children ranging from infants to PreK.

Who You Are:   

• Strong communication skills and a passion for working with kids. 
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to providing the best care for the kids. 
• Previous experience in early childhood education is a plus, but we’ll train the right person. 
• CPR certification (or the ability to obtain it within 90 days) is required (training provided).
