Graham Automotive Group is actively seeking a Car Sales Representative who's able to learn quickly and take their income to the next level! You don't need to have car sales experience to apply but a strong customer service background is preferred. We will assist the ideal candidate in becoming a knowledgeable expert and help you succeed at reaching your goals!  As a passionate member of our sales team, you will be expected to deliver high quality customer service while assisting customers find a vehicle that aligns perfectly with their needs. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of our current vehicle inventory and use that knowledge to help encourage customers to make an informed purchase decision based on their needs.
  • Collaborate with the management team to offer attractive deals on new, certified, and pre-owned vehicles to customers. Once trained, you will be able to sell from all of the brands that we represent.
  • Work with the sales and business managers to develop sales agreements that benefit the customer as well as the company.
  • We will assist you to establish and maintain a prospect development plan for your business growth.
  • We provide an owner follow-up system that encourages repeat and referral business.
  • Assist in merchandising new inventory in the display areas and on the showroom floor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a retail sales position, or background in a hospitality industry are preferred.
  • Must have some basic computer skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license, clean driving record, and able to pass drug test.
