Manley Tire & Oil Service is expanding and we are looking for the right person to join the Manley Family!

Currently, we are looking for an experienced service writer that is reliable, honest, and an energetic person to provide needs to our customer in person and over the phone.

This position is in a remarkably busy location, so we must hire someone with experience. Only serious inquiries, please.

Salary Range from $45,000 to $80,000 DOE

Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 Year Experience Required
• Building customer satisfaction & loyalty
• The merchandising, advertising, and promotion of products and services
• Energetic responsiveness to every customer, on the phone and in the store
• Desire to succeed
• Motivated sales individual
• Advising customers on recommended maintenance and repairs based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer guideline
• Providing cost estimates for services and obtaining customer approval before initiating work
• Scheduling appointments for service and repairs
• Coordinating with the service department to ensure timely completion of work
• Managing flow of vehicles in and out of the service area
• Keeping customers informed about the status of their vehicles and any additional repairs or issues that may arise during the service process
• Other duties as assigned
