Banking Operations Specialist

Job Description

Frontier Bank is looking to add an energetic and detail-oriented person to join our banking operations team.  The Banking Operations Specialist will perform many daily duties including: processing proof items and deposit returns, balancing internal accounts, reviewing daily reports, and processing customer wires and Fedline activities.  Training in this role will be provided to ensure success but some prior banking operations experience is desired.

 

 

Job Requirements

Job Duties and Responsibilities
-Responsible for the daily processing of Precision including:
Entering new accounts (CD/DDA/ATM cards)
Entering new loans and escrow accounts
-Responsible for daily proof item processing
-Responsible for daily deposit item returns
-Responsible for servicing online banking platform
-Responsible for balancing of some internal accounts
-Responsible for assisting with research on customer accounts when needed
-Responsible for reviewing daily reports
-Responsible as a backup for processing wires and other Fedline activities
