Wellness Bar Manager

Pay Range: $18-22
Reports To: General Manager/Bistro Manager
Supervises: Baristas and wellness bar staff

We’re looking for a passionate and driven Wellness Bar Manager to lead this key area of our store.
Position Summary:
As the Wellness Bar Manager, you will oversee daily operations of our juice, smoothie, and coffee bar. You’ll lead a team of baristas, collaborate on innovative, seasonal menus, and be responsible for driving the growth and financial success of the bar. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines creativity, hospitality, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and schedule a team of baristas to deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Assist in developing and updating beverage menus with a focus on health, seasonality, and innovation
- Monitor financial performance including sales, labor, COGS, and profitability goals
- Ensure cleanliness, organization, and compliance with food safety standards
- Manage ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships for the bar
- Train new team members and provide ongoing performance feedback
- Collaborate with store leadership on promotions and community engagement
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a café, coffee bar, juice bar, or similar environment
- Previous leadership or management experience strongly preferred
- Passion for wellness, nutrition, and high-quality beverages
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Familiarity with POS systems, scheduling, and basic financial reporting
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
