Job Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and NA beverages with consistency and attention to detail
• Take and deliver orders with accuracy and professionalism
• Provide exceptional table service with a strong emphasis on guest experience
• Maintain a clean and organized bar, restock as needed, and help manage nightly flow
• Monitor guest needs, anticipate requests, and manage tabs efficiently
• Ensure all standards of service, safety, and cleanliness are met or exceeded
• Contribute to a smooth, collaborative team dynamic

What We’re Looking For:
• Basic knowledge of cocktail preparation and bar tools (we’re happy to teach more)
• Great communication skills and a confident, positive presence behind the bar
• A love of hospitality and a natural ability to read the room
• Someone who takes initiative, stays cool under pressure, and works clean
• Evening and weekend availability
• Bonus: experience in cocktail bars or high-volume service environments
