We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented BDC Service Coordinator to join our team. The BDC (Business Development Center) Service Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless communication between customers and the service department. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for customer service and problem-solving, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
The pay is $16/ hour. The work schedule includes Monday through Friday with rotating Saturdays, and employees receive a day off after working a Saturday.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for all service inquiries, both via phone and email.
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers on service needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Communicate with the service team to ensure that all customer requests are met in a timely manner.
- Handle customer concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform follow-up calls after service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating special service promotions and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to online service inquiries and appointment requests.
- Collaborate with other team members to meet and exceed service department goals.
Job Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent and an associate or bachelor’s degree are preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in an automotive or service-related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Knowledge of automotive services or dealership operations is a plus.
- Strong keyboarding/typing skills
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a clean driving record.
